On a windy, cold day it was raining heavily. I was pleased and satisfied with the gloomy weather as I loved the rain since I was a little kid. So wait a minute, my name is William Dashes and I am twelve years old and I live in the beautiful city of Debri. That's enough of it now, let's get to the main point. It continued like this...

I gathered my waterproof gears and toys to enjoy the wonders of the rain. I zoomed downstairs to the nearest park hoping that the rain increases by ten times and I can fulfill my wishes. I went along with my five year old pesky and lunatic sister who is always up with trouble. I was beginning with my creative project when I spotted few residents of Debri running helter-skelter around the streets. I was about to ask a person about this chaos when I found buckets of water being filled and distributed to the locals. I went and asked one of the employees about what was going on but they said that they were running into danger and had no time for my time-consuming questions.

I ran back home disturbed and confused and explained everything I saw to my grandmother who was knitting a sweater. She said,"Oh my child, this city is going into scarcity of water. If you observed carefully even our house is lacking water supply." I was shocked. I never knew water could vanish. I thought every time it rained we'd collect tons of water. I had to bring upon a change, but how?

I woke up the next day rather still in thought. I went to the washroom to bath and was surprised to see not even a single drop of water drip. I was curious. I went out into my parent's room when I realized they were not there. I rushed downstairs and saw the town residents discussing together. I found my mom and dad and asked them what is going on. They said there was no water available to anyone in this area.
Everybody slowly became dizzy, plants started to wrinkle, dogs on the street became week and finally I fainted...

I immediately woke up from my sleep and started to sweat from remembering the dreadful nightmare and went to my parent's room and cuddled beside them. I reminded myself that from now on wards I will remember to always save the pristine water and from next time instead of playing with rain water, I will try my best to harvest as much as I can.

    THE END!
