According to me- Interesting India is the most beautiful country in the world.
India is the 7th largest country in terms of area in the world and 2nd largest country in population in the world after China. Its population is 1.37 billion furthermore its area is 3.287 million square kilometers.
India’s flag is also called Tiranga. The flag contains three colours%3A Saffron, white and Green. The colour saffron stands for sacrifice, the colour white stands for truth and justice, the colour green stands for prosperity.
The Countries which surrounds India are Nepal, Bhutan, China, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan and Pakistan.
India gives shelter to people speaking myriad languages and following various religions, moreover there are 28 states and 10 union territories.
The historical places are Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, Red Fort, Qutub Minar, Hawa Mahal and many more.
India has produced great leaders in every sphere of life including Rani Lakshmi Bai, Mohan Das Karamchand Gandhi, APJ Abdul Kalam, Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Vallabh bhai Patel and so on.
India is known for its unique characteristics of hospitality, spirituality and warmth. It’s also famous for its spices and cuisines, India has myriad festivals which make the people of India feel entertained. Diwali, Holi, Dussehra, Raksha Bandhan, Janmastami, Navratri, Dhanteras, Ganesh Chaturthi are some of the colourful medley festivals.
The major crops of India are wheat, maize, rice, sugarcane, cotton, jute, coffee, coconut, tea, rubber, fruits and vegetables.
The Minerals found in India include aluminium , copper, gold, iron, lead, zinc, manganese, diamond, graphite, limestone, mica.
We can find so much of peace and also excitement- only in INDIA. It is no wonder that I feel so proud to belong to this Nation.
