    There was a sudden thunderstorm in our city. It happened unexpectedly. The sky became dark and there was a booming sound of thunder. I got frightened and shut all the windows of my room. I quickly ran downstairs and warned all my family members to tell them to keep their windows closed so the electrical and blinding waves of thunder and lightning don’t affect them.We looked and saw the forked and jagged lightning. It was terrifying. My mother told me to get some groceries.iI was shocked but mother had told me that it is necessary to listen to her. So I went outside with an umbrella The thunder was getting louder. I was frightened of its rumbling and booming sound.As I suddenly got into my home there was a bolt and crash of thunder and I dropped my shopping bag and ran into the house.
